From a bird’s eye view, personal finance is all about how do you manage your income and expenses.

Once we realise this and move closer towards understanding the income and expenses, other jargons start appearing to you. Those include your short-term needs, long term-needs, retirement needs, emergency funds, discretionary expenses and so on. There is no such guideline or rules that is orchestrated by an institution or policy from government to understand and do it as a one-time activity. It’s all about careful observation on few things.

Books have always been a favourite virtual advisor. Here I have listed down few of the must read personal finance books that I came across. Not listed by any kind of rankings.
